Refund policy

REFUND POLICY: Eco Archi Hub

Our design packs are digital files that you download straight after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. We do fix problems quickly, and we refund in full when we cannot.

You are eligible for a fix or a full refund if, within 7 days of your order:
- a file is missing, corrupt or will not open, or
- the pack you received does not match what the product page described, or
- you bought the same pack twice by mistake.

How to ask: email support@ecoarchihub.com with your order number and a short note of what is wrong. We reply within one working day. Where a corrected file solves the problem, we send that first. If it does not, you get a full refund.

Not covered by a refund:
- Changing your mind, or the design not suiting your plot or budget.
- A local engineer, builder or building authority asking for changes. Structure, permits and approvals are handled locally, as explained in our Terms of Service.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the money to reach your account, depending on your bank.
