1. WHO WE ARE

2. WHAT WE SELL
We sell architectural design packs as digital downloads. The product page states what each pack includes. Prices are in Indian rupees.

3. LICENCE
When you buy a design pack you receive a personal licence to use it to build one project for yourself. You may not resell, share, re-distribute or republish the files, or upload them to any other marketplace, in whole or in part. A commercial or builder licence, for building the same design for several of your own clients, is available. Write to support@ecoarchihub.com. 4. DESIGN DISCLAIMER
Our packs are architectural designs. They do not include structural, mechanical, electrical or plumbing engineering for your site. Before construction, a licensed local engineer must review and approve the design for your site, soil and local conditions, and your local building authority must approve it where required. Builders and fabricators must check site conditions and dimensions before ordering materials or starting work. Any cost figure we give is an approximate range, not a quotation.

5. EXECUTION PARTNERS AND QUOTES
Our execution partners are independent builders and fabricators. A quote from a partner is that builder's own estimate for your site and may change after a site visit. The build agreement is only between you and the builder. Eco Archi Hub is not a party to it and is not responsible for the construction, its cost, its schedule or its quality. Partner availability varies by state.

6. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for checking that a design suits your plot, your budget and the rules that apply where you build.

7. REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for construction carried out from our designs.

9. CHANGES
We may update these terms and our products from time to time. The version on this page on the day you buy applies to your purchase.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
